The institution of the public sports club "Birštonas Neman River is a stand-alone, a non-profit organization, founded in 2006 (m). in the end.
The main purpose of the Club is to promote active recreation in nature, to unite the population v.8, a healthy lifestyle and the development of physical education.
The public sports club "Birštonas Nemunas" operational objectives and targets:
-public health, ensuring the active recreation and leisure;
-physical culture and the promotion of the various sports;
-the scale of the development of various competitions;
-the development of international cooperation in the field of sport.
